The Design/Build Process begins with the collaboration of the professionals at Landscape Creations led by the company’s founder and President Stephen M. Blair, with over 50 years experience in Landscape Design/Build; Matthew R. Turner, VP with over 20 years experience in landscape Design/Build; and Chris Sparks, Manager of Commercial Operations with over 30 years experience in the landscape industry are the nucleus of a multitalented team that includes designers, planners, technical specialists, logisticians, operations supervisors in a Production Department rivaled by none.
